Kimberly has over eight years of experience in civil litigation. She began her legal practice as a family law attorney, focusing on negotiating marital settlement agreements, child custody, child support and spousal support agreements.
Kimberly’s practice now centers on the areas of civil and business litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy and real estate litigation. She also devotes a portion of her practice to commercial unlawful detainer actions, mechanic’s lien claims, business formations and estate planning.
Kimberly received a Bachelors Degree in English from the University Of California, Los Angeles in 2001. She graduated from the University Of Pacific, McGeorge School Of Law in 2004 where she served as the Chief Technical Editor for the McGeorge Law Review.
Kimberly is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association and the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California. Kimberly is also a member of the Twin Valley Mother Of Twins Club. In her leisure time, Kimberly enjoys sharing outdoor activities and quality time with her husband and twin sons.
