Kimberly Liane Hager

Kim is a Shareholder in Maynard Cooper’s Corporate Section and a member of several practice groups including the Securities Regulation and Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions practices.

Kim focuses her practice on representing clients operating in the banking and financial services and real estate sectors. She has significant experience representing banks and other financial institutions  who are engaging in mergers, acquisitions or other types business ventures. Kim’s keen understanding of the highly regulated banking industry, along with her knowledge in the securities and capital markets arena, add to her abilities to provide strategic advice to clients during all phases of a deal negotiation. She has been involved in all aspects of complex transactions, including initial prospecting, thorough due diligence, financing, and drafting the definitive agreement.

Kim has handled numerous public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other development-related business ventures. She also has experience representing lenders and borrowers in real estate and other lending transactions.
