Kimberly Clayson is the President and a shareholder of Clayson, Schneider & Miller, PC. She has practiced bankruptcy law for more than 10 years. Kim is a member of the Business Law Section and the Debtor/Creditor Rights Committee with the State Bar of Michigan.
She has authored articles for American Bankruptcy Institute (“ABI”) publications and has presented authored materials at various bankruptcy related seminars sponsored by the ABI and other bankruptcy law affinity groups. Kim’s business clients include small businesses with a focus on real estate, construction, food service and consumer products.
Kim obtained her Bachelors of the Arts degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University with an emphasis in economics. Kim then earned her law degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
