Kimberly Altschul Straker, Senior Counsel in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, advises clients in all areas of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination and harassment, reductions-in-force, performance management, FMLA and ADA issues, restrictive covenants, workplace investigations, wage and hour issues, employment and separation agreements, executive compensation, and employee handbook, policy and procedure development.
She also advises on employment law issues involved in mergers and acquisitions, handles wage and hour audits, internal investigations, administrative litigation, and management training regarding sexual harassment and EEO for clients.
Ms. Straker has substantial litigation experience, as well as in-house legal experience. Prior to rejoining Seyfarth Shaw, Ms. Straker spent four years working for Citigroup as Vice-President and Senior Counsel in the Employment Law Division of the Global Consumer Group.
