Kimberly Wade, an associate in the firm’s Special Matters and Investigations practice, focuses her practice on white collar criminal investigations and defense. Her experience includes federal criminal and civil investigations, corporate compliance, securities class actions and derivative suits, SEC actions, and regulatory matters. Kimberly joined King & Spalding in 2015.
Kimberly has been actively involved in a variety of pro bono work, including a Second Department appellate brief challenging a New York City Department of Parks and Recreation plan of action for the Coney Island Boardwalk as a violation of State and local environmental regulations. She has also argued for and obtained a favorable final order of custody in New York Family Court.
