Kip Brar is a partner in the Litigation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Houston office. Mr. Brar’s practice ranges from representing clients in the energy, petro-chemical, healthcare, and manufacturing industries, among others. Mr. Brar has significant first-chair experience and has tried or arbitrated numerous disputes to a final verdict or decision and has argued cases to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Texas Court of Appeals.
But, his experience does not begin or end at the courtroom. Mr. Brar routinely provides counsel to his clients on regulatory and commercial matters and assists with day-to-day business affairs.
In the energy context, Mr. Brar represents major producers, oil service companies, shipping companies, vessel owners and operators, offshore construction companies, fuel traders, and terminal operators. Mr. Brar also represents some of the world’s largest manufacturers in the food, construction, and petro-chemical industries. Mr. Brar’s healthcare clients include hospitals, physician groups, and individual physicians.
