Kirsten R. Allen

Kirsten Allen is an associate at Fabian VanCott with a practice focusing on complex litigation, employment, and energy and utilities. Kirsten brings to Fabian VanCott the perspective of having previously worked in the field of sustainable energy policy research.

She is able to team her skills with Fabian VanCott attorneys with expertise in the firm’s areas of core competency. In the community, Kirsten has volunteered with both the English Skills Learning Center and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Utah.

Kirsten graduated with high honors from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she was a Leary Scholar and also won numerous awards and served as Note and Comment Editor on Law Review.

She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah where she graduated magna cum laude in history and international studies. She has also done studies in the countries of India, Germany and Spain. Kirsten is licensed to practice in Utah’s state and federal courts.
