Kirstin E. Rodrigues is an associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and is a member of the firm’s Healthcare practice. Kirstin’s practice focuses on the representation of healthcare industry clients in mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters. Kirstin also advises clients on various federal and state regulatory issues.
Kirstin Rodrigues earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, she was a member and the Managing Editor of Georgia State University Law Review. She was also an officer for the Student Health Law Association, was a Graduate Research Assistant, and received a Health Law Certificate.
Additionally, she earned her M.S.H.A. from Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where she graduated cum laude. Kirstin received her undergraduate degree in Health Promotions from the University of Georgia.
