Kojo Anaman brings a wide variety of legal experience to our team. Prior to joining Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, Kojo served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jamie D. Happas, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in Middlesex County, New Jersey, where he worked on cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, employment, commercial, and construction defect disputes. He also served as a mediator in landlord-tenant, special civil, and small claims court.
Kojo received his undergraduate degree in Political Studies from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Canada, and his law degree from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey where he was the Senior Editor of the Rutgers Business Law Review.
During law school he interned at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Federal Hearings Unit, and the New York Attorney General’s Litigation Bureau.
