Krista Wallace is a graduate of William & Mary Law School and is licensed to practice law in Virginia. During law school, Krista served as an Articles Editor on the Bill of Rights Journal and as President of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. Upon graduation, Krista received the William & Mary Public Service Award.
Prior to joining Alan Lescht and Associates, Krista worked on employment discrimination and civil rights cases as a Legal Fellow with the law firm, Bernabei & Kabat. During law school, Krista spent two semesters with the Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic, where she assisted veterans in appealing denials of applications for medical benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
She also interned with the United States Department of Justice in the Disability Rights Section, where she worked on discrimination cases under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Krista graduated summa cum laude from the University at Albany’s Honors College. She has worked as a direct service provider to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and has volunteered for Big Brothers, Big Sisters and the America Reads Program.
