Krista White is an associate in the Health Care Department. Her practice focuses on representing health care clients, including hospitals, health systems, physicians and physician organizations, health technology start-ups, organ procurement organizations, provider networks, pharmaceutical companies and other health care organizations.
Krista provides legal advice on various regulatory, transactional and litigation matters, including Medicare and Medicaid regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse compliance, reimbursement, mergers, acquisitions and financings and corporate governance.
Krista takes an active role in pro bono matters, representing clients in several immigration proceedings, including SIJS and naturalization cases. Krista also represents not-for-profit health care organizations on a variety of matters.
Prior to law school, she received a B.S. in psychology at Duke University. Krista earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School. During her time there, she was a clinical student at the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation and worked as an intern at LegalHealth, a medical-legal partnership in New York.
