
Kristen Kuan is an associate in the firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Kristen earned her J.D from George Washington University, where she was an associate member of The George Washington International Law Review and a writing fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program.
During law school, she was a summer honors law intern in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to law school, Kristen worked at the Beacon Center of Tennessee, where she co-authored a policy brief on education reform for more parental choice scholarship programs.
She has worked as a paralegal and has taught English while learning Mandarin at the Taipei Language Institute in Beijing. She earned her B.A. in public policy and East Asian studies, graduating magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University.
