Kristin Adams is an intellectual property litigation associate in the Washington, DC office. Kristin is a 2017 graduate of William & Mary Law School. While in law school, she was a summer associate at a law firm in South Carolina, where she worked on pleadings, motions, and memoranda for criminal and civil litigation, including personal injury, defamation, estate, and immigration matters.
While at the firm, Kristin also advised an international restaurant group regarding a Department of Homeland Security Intent to Fine action concerning a client’s technical non-compliance with form I-9 reporting requirements.
Before law school, Kristin was an account supervisor with an advertising agency in its South Carolina and New York offices, where she oversaw social media and digital content strategy, research, execution, promotions, and staffing for national retail clients.
