Kristin Elizabeth Malcolm

Kristin Malcolm is an associate at Insley & Race, LLC whose practice focuses primarily on the defense of physicians, hospitals, and health care providers in cases typically alleging medical malpractice, wrongful death, or negligent supervision.

Prior to joining Insley & Race, Ms. Malcolm clerked for the Honorable Wade M. Crumbley, Judge of the Superior Court of Henry County, Flint Judicial Circuit. Ms. Malcolm received her undergraduate degree, with highest honors, from Georgia Tech in 2012 and her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2015.

While in law school, Ms. Malcolm participated in the Corporate Counsel externship clinical program as well as the Community Health Law Partnership clinical program, through which she and her team provided pro bono medical-related legal services to underrepresented populations in the community.

Ms. Malcolm is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association (GDLA) and the Defense Research Institute (DRI).
