Kristin Bryan’s practice is focused on commercial litigation and class action defense. She has successfully represented Fortune 500 clients in cases involving allegations of consumer fraud, including in multistate class action litigation. She has also successfully defended class action litigation involving purported violations of federal and state privacy laws.
Kristin has significant experience handling disputes, including class actions, involving complex scientific and technical issues in the healthcare, entertainment and automotive industries. She has represented clients in litigation and investigations at the state and federal level across the country.
Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Kristin worked at an international law firm in New York for several years. During this time she was recognized by the Legal Aid Society for her commitment to public service.
