Kristin P. Moberley is an associate in Woods Rogers’ Roanoke office. Her areas of practice and services include medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. She represents healthcare providers, physicians, nurses, and hospitals in malpractice actions and other healthcare related matters.
Kristin joined Woods Rogers in 2016. She was a summer associate at the firm in 2015. She graduated from William and Mary Law School, where she was a member of the William & Mary Law Review, and a student ambassador. Kristin was the 2014 recipient of the Alvin P. Anderson Scholarship, which recognizes excellence in academics, leadership, and service to the community.
During law school, Kristin completed internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Nashville, Tenn., as well as working with the in-house counsel division of a local business. She also spent a semester working directly for the managing partner of a national law firm.
Kristin graduated with highest honors from Auburn University in 2013, where she earned a B.A. in English, focusing on Professional Writing. At Auburn, she received the 2013 Outstanding Student Award for the College of Liberal Arts.
