Kristin Volentine is an associate in the Houston office of Locke Lord LLP where she focuses her practice on labor & employment law. Kristin has experience representing local and multinational employers in multi-plaintiff wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Additionally she advises employers on various aspects of the employment relationship, including: requests for leave under FMLA, compliance with ADA, wage payment statutes and various other laws such as Title VII, ADEA and OSHA.
Kristin has experience in drafting employment agreements, separation and release agreements, employee handbooks and restrictive covenant agreements.
