The personal nature of estate planning is well understood by Kristina Wildman. The needs of clients differ, so each estate plan is crafted to meet the goals and objectives for each client. Ms. Wildman, an associate in our Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Practice Group, works with clients on their estate planning matters, including the creation and implementation of trusts, guardianships, adoptions and related tax matters.
She also assists clients during the estate administration process which can encompass probate proceedings, trust administration and estate tax matters.
Ms. Wildman has researched and spoken frequently on the access and distribution of digital assets at death. Additionally, she was involved in the forefront of the changes in Ohio law regarding the inheritance rights of children conceived through assisted reproductive technology.
At Ohio Northern University, Ms. Wildman earned a degree in English Literature and Psychology. She worked full-time as a paralegal while attending law school at night, where she graduated with honors. This career path has provided her with a unique perspective of all aspects of estate planning and estate administration.
Before working in law, Ms. Wildman was employed by several financial institutions. This experience expedites the process for her clients as it provides her with firsthand knowledge of transfer and titling process as well as documents used by banks and credit unions.
