Kristina Marie Hanson is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her practice primarily focuses on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical patent matters arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
She has represented clients in a variety of pharmaceutical matters, from pre-trial strategy counseling through appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, Tina was an associate at Perkin & Faria LLLC, where her practice involved litigating complex class action and civil suits on a diverse range of civil issues, including consumer protection, ERISA laws, wrongful termination, emotional distress, privacy, and mortgage issues. She also gained extensive experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation and patent counseling and litigation while working at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto.
