
Ksenia Rudyuk is an experienced litigator and has been practicing law in New York since 2008. Ksenia primarily focuses in the areas of Child Abuse Defense Litigation and Family Law. Ksenia has successfully represented individuals falsely accused of child abuse or maltreatment at the Administrative proceedings at the Office of Children and Family Services in New York.
She also achieved great results defending child care providers subject to indicated reports with the New York Statewide Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment. Ksenia has significant experience representing clients in divorce proceedings and family-related matters such as child support, child visitation and custody, family offense and domestic abuse or neglect proceedings.
Her representation of clients in contested divorce matters, complex child support and custody cases, and spousal support proceedings is always professional, compassionate and appropriately aggressive depending on the circumstances and needs of her clients.
In addition, Ksenia has successfully negotiated prenuptial, postnuptial and settlement agreements. Her emphasis is on delivering cost-effective and successful outcomes in resolving issues for her clients. She routinely appears in State, Federal and Administrative proceedings in all five boroughs of NYC.
Ksenia has devoted significant time working pro bono for both Kings and New York County Supreme Courts and volunteered for the Russian Children Welfare Society and Russian Community Center in New York.
She has devotedly served the Eastern European Community of New York City and helped many people with obstacles they faced as immigrants. In 2009, Ksenia successfully organized and oversaw a group of volunteer attorneys to assist the elderly and others in need in a variety of legal matters.
Ksenia was recently recognized by the New York City Mayor’s Office and has been personally thanked by Mayor Bill de Blasio and First Lady Chirlane McCray for her devoted, outstanding service to the Russian-speaking community in the New York area.Ksenia is interested in arts, culture, history and social studies.
She immigrated to New York from the Russian Federation in 2004. She is fluent in English, Russian and German. Ksenia is admitted in New York State Courts and the United States District Court for the Sothern District of New York.
