Kyla Miller is an associate in the Labor & Employment department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Chicago office. Her practice includes a variety of single plaintiff, class action, and wage and hour work. Ms. Miller represents and counsels clients in employment law matters including race, national origin, sex, and age discrimination and retaliation in both single-plaintiff and class contexts. Ms. Miller also maintains an active pro bono practice.
While attending law school, Ms. Miller was an extern for Justice Michael Hyman in the Illinois Appellate Court. Ms. Miller was published by the Loyola Consumer Law Reviewfor her article addressing employee classification issues, and served as an academic tutor for first year law students on the subject of Torts.
Ms. Miller was also inducted into the Alpha Sigma Nu honor society, an honor awarded to only 4% of graduate students who are in the top 15% of their class. Ms. Miller was both a Summer Fellow and Law Clerk at Seyfarth Shaw in 2016 and 2017Education
