Kyle B. Loder provides support on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and securities compliance and disclosure obligations.
Kyle assists in drafting contracts and closing documents for corporate clients, performs extensive due diligence reviews and analyses, and facilitates closing mechanics for complex transactions. Kyle is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
While in law school, Kyle served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Anthony J. Scirica of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and was a summer associate at Drinker Biddle in 2017. Prior to attending law school, Kyle worked on a ranch in rural Wyoming.
