
Kyle W. Nageotte is an attorney in the firm’s litigation department. Mr. Nageotte represents companies of all sizes in a variety of practice areas, concentrating primarily on employment litigation.
Mr. Nageotte has successfully represented employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including claims involving: class actions, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, trade secrets, and California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Mr. Nageotte is Immediate Past-Chair of the California Young Lawyers Association (CYLA), the largest association of young lawyers in the nation, and currently serves as CYLA’s Representative on the Board of Representatives of the newly-formed California Lawyers Association.
In his role, Mr. Nageotte advocates on behalf of more than 50,000 CYLA members in California, and works closely with other Sections of the California Lawyers Association to provide training and continuing education opportunities to new attorneys across California.
Mr. Nageotte serves as Co-Chair of the Tom Homann LGBT Law Association’s Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony, and is a member of the University of San Diego School of Law’s LGBT Alumni Scholarship Committee.
Mr. Nageotte earned his B.A. from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was selected as a National Member of The Order of Barristers for outstanding courtroom advocacy. He was a member of USD’s award-winning National Mock Trial Team.
