Lael Harrison has been licensed for 10 years and has an office in Juneau, AK. This attorney handles cases in Contracts & Agreements, Education, Litigation, Employment & Labor and attended Washington University School of Law.
Ms. Harrison was born and raised in Juneau, Alaska and graduated from Juneau Douglas High School in 1999. Before joining Faulkner Banfield in 2009, she clerked for Chief Justice Walter Carpeneti on the Alaska Supreme Court.
Ms. Harrison is a member of the Alaska Bar Association and is working actively in all areas of Faulkner Banfield’s practice, including education law, employment law, contract law, small business law, real property law, and litigation.
Ms. Harrison was trained in mediation at the University of Washington School of Law’s clinical mediation training program. She is a contract mediator with the Alaska Court System and is available for private mediations.
Ms. Harrison is a member of the National School Boards Association Council of School Attorneys and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution section of the Alaska Bar Association.
Lael is on the Board of Trustees of the Alaska Bar Foundation, serves on the Alaska Civil Rules Committee, and is Secretary of the Juneau Bar Association. In her spare time, she also plays with the Juneau Symphony.
