Lansing C. Lee is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. Lansing represents companies, investors and private equity sponsors in merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, recapitalizations, restructurings, the structuring and formation of private equity and investment funds, and general corporate governance matters.
Lansing has also represented financing institutions, lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in leveraged finance and other secured and unsecured lending transactions, with a focus on agented credit facilities, acquisition financings, asset-based lending transactions and securitizations.
Lansing earned his law degree and M.B.A. from the University of Virginia School of Law and the Darden Graduate School of Business in 2014, where he served as Articles Editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law, was awarded a Cowan Fellowship and served as a student-member of the Faculty Curriculum Committee. Lansing earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in 2009.
