
Latonia Williams is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. Latonia regularly represents the interests of her clients in bankruptcy, commercial litigation, contract disputes, and other creditors’ rights matters.
She has significant experience protecting the interests of creditors, including franchisors, insurance companies, equipment lessors, and financial institutions, in bankruptcy proceedings throughout the United States, including defending the interests of clients in fraudulent transfer and preference actions.
Latonia also represents clients in more general state and federal civil litigation matters, including breach of contract actions, commercial mortgage and municipal lien foreclosures, and landlord-tenant actions.
While attending the University of Connecticut School of Law, Latonia served as a Lead Articles Editor for the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.
