
Laura Breckenridge is the founding partner of Breckenridge and Davis and she has been practicing solely bankruptcy law since 2002. She attended the University of Oklahoma School of Law and Norfolk State University for her undergraduate studies. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the American Indian Law Review.
She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2001, and to the State Bar of Michigan in 2002. She practices in the Eastern District Southern/Northern Divisions of Michigan. Her law practice focuses solely on consumer bankruptcy cases.
She has prepared and filed hundreds of Chapter 7 and 13 cases. She has held the position of President of the Flint Bay-City Bankruptcy Association (FBBA) since 2009. She is a member of the National Association for Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney’s (NACBA), the Consumer Bankruptcy Association (CBA) and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI).
