Lauren K. Dutcher is an Associate in Clark Hill’s Education and Municipal Law Practice Group at the firm’s Birmingham office. Her practice focuses on representing municipal entities including drain commissioners and water resources commissioners with issues concerning real estate, water resources, environment, easements and condemnation.
While attending the Michigan State Univsersity College of Law, Lauren received the Jurisprudence Achievement Award for academic excellence in State and Local Government Law.
Throughout law school, Lauren worked as a Legislative Aide at the Michigan House of Representatives. Lauren also interned with the Michigan Attorney General’s Environment, Natural Resources & Agriculture Division and served as an extern for the Lansing City Attorney’s Office.
