During her law school days, she also served as a Law Clerk for Criminal Appeals at the office of Arkansas Attorney General, the Pulaski County Public Defender, and later at the law firm, Cox, Sterling & McClure, PLLC. After graduating, she joined the law firm Laser Law Firm, P.A. as an Associate Attorney and worked there till 2015.
Lauren Elenbaas has acquired the membership of the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and the Arkansas Bar Association.
The magazine, Women’s Inc., honored her with Remarkable Women in Business award in 2017.
