Lauren Mercer represents clients in the energy, environment and natural resources space, assisting them in a variety of matters including energy regulation, public lands permitting, resource extraction and wildlife issues. Ms. Mercer was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.
Before joining WilmerHale, Ms. Mercer was a law clerk at the United States Department of Justice in the Environment and Natural Resources Division. During law school, Ms. Mercer was a member of the Harvard Law School Board of Student Advisers, a writer for Harvard Law School’s Financial Distress Research Project, and a student advocate with the Harvard Tenant Advocacy Project.
