Lawrence Gallick is a senior associate who focuses his practice on technology transactions and licensing. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Gallick was a corporate associate at a law firm in Buffalo, New York, where he represented technology and biological sciences startup clients, among others, in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing deals, contract negotiations, leasing and technology placement agreements, and other general corporate matters. He also drafted and negotiated intellectual property licensing and SaaS agreements.
Before obtaining his law degree, Mr. Gallick was a web consultant, project manager and web developer in Portland, Oregon. In that role, he managed and consulted on projects using industry methodologies and performed custom development and integration of content management systems.
In the Summer of 2010, Mr. Gallick was a legal intern for the Honorable John H. Curran of the United States District Court for the District of Southern California.
