Lawrence Mittman is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office. Larry is a reorganization and restructuring lawyer with more than thirty-five years’ experience representing banks, financial institutions, funds and other entities in all aspects of their business functions.
He regularly advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus in the areas of real estate and finance, including DIP facilities, mezzanine debt and distressed debt transactions.
His practice includes the representation of debtors, creditors and creditor committees with respect to all aspects of reorganization and business restructurings, including development and construction projects.
