Lawrence S. Perry has extensive experience practicing before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including appeals, interferences, reexaminations, reissues, and patent prosecution involving biotechnical, chemical, pharmaceutical, plant genetics, magneto-optical, metallurgical, and mechanical technologies.

Lawrence also has done extensive opinion work concerning noninfringement, invalidity, and freedom to practice in these and other fields.
