Leah J. Eubanks focuses her practice on corporate and private equity-backed transactions. She primarily counsels private equity funds, portfolio companies, healthcare clients, public and privately held companies and executives in a wide variety of transactional matters, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority equity investments, divestitures, restructurings, commercial transactions and corporate governance matters.
Her experience extends across multiple industries, including healthcare, retail, food and beverage, distribution and manufacturing, technology and consumer products.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Leah was a corporate attorney for a national law firm. Prior to practicing law, Leah was a civil engineer who performed construction management and inspection services on various infrastructure projects throughout the Chicagoland area.
Leah received her law degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, where she graduated magna cum laude. She received her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and her undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Purdue University.
