Leah M. Quadrino is an accomplished commercial litigator, representing plaintiffs and defendants in international and domestic business disputes, as well as insurance and reinsurance companies in complex coverage matters. Leah regularly appears before federal and state courts, and has substantial experience handling disputes before arbitration panels.
Leah also draws on her widespread litigation experience to handle professional liability matters. She represents lawyers in defense of legal malpractice claims, including claims under New York Judiciary Law Section 487, and advises clients concerning allegations of malpractice and ethical violations. Active in her pro bono practice, Leah has represented recent immigrants, refugees, and homeless persons, as well as victims of sex trafficking, employment discrimination, and excessive force violations.
