
Lee Stoddard defends complex workers’ compensation claims before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. He has extensive experience conducting hearings, deposing medical professionals, and negotiating and preparing settlement agreements.
Before entering private practice, Lee was a senior hearing attorney with the New York State’s Special Funds Conservation Committee. He was also an independent closing attorney for residential real estate purchases, equity loans, and refinance agreements for the top three mortgage lenders in the country.
Lee earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a student attorney in the school’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and represented clients in administrative proceedings before the IRS, in federal tax court, and in federal district court.
