Lee Short obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 2010. He has represented clients charged with drug offenses, capital murder, and sexual offenses. He has been successful in these cases at jury trials in both federal and state courts across Arkansas.
Mr. Short also has several post-conviction victories either by direct appeal or Rule 37 proceedings, which have culminated in the discharge of several clients from prison.
Mr. Short has appeared before the Arkansas Supreme Court and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals on many occasions. He is actively the President-Elect of the Pulaski County Bar Association.
Mr. Short has presented on many topics on appellate law and criminal defense for Continuing Legal Education programs. In 2014 and 2015 he was selected in Little Rock Soiree’s Best Lawyer list.
