Lee Rightmyer is a seasoned commercial trial attorney. He represents clients in real property and complex business-related disputes. He has extensive experience representing clients in disputes involving contracts, real property rights, business torts, corporate/partnership disputes, and covenants not to compete. Lee has also defended title insurance companies in direct claims brought against them by insureds and by others.
He has represented many different types of businesses and business owners, from publicly-held companies to entrepreneurs, as well as non-profits. Lee has tried cases in state and federal courts, and before arbitrators, and has testified as an expert witness.
