Lee Nutini is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Government Matters and Healthcare practice. Lee specializes in the representation of healthcare companies and providers in litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Lee practiced in Nashville, where he gained valuable experience in healthcare litigation and medical staff credentialing issues. Lee also formerly clerked for the Honorable Edward B. Atkins in the Eastern District of Kentucky.
During law school, Lee served as a judicial intern with the Tennessee Supreme Court and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. Lee also gained bio-medical law and policy experience completing an internship with the Yale Interdisciplinary Center for Bioethics in New Haven, Connecticut.
Lee enjoys academic writing, and his work has been published in journals such as the Tennessee Law Review, Tennessee Journal of Business Law, Tennessee Journal of Law & Policy, Nashville Bar Journal, and the Yearbook of Legal Education, a German publication.
