Leila Ameli-Grillon focuses her practice on securities and other financial enforcement matters. She has represented clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, State Attorneys General, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, among other agencies.
While attending law school, Ms. Ameli-Grillon worked as a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Susan K. Gauvey in the US District Court for the District of Maryland and as a law clerk at an employment firm in Maryland.
