Leon Miniovich is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice at White & Case LLP focusing primarily on complex patent litigation matters representing some of the largest companies in Internet, software, wireless technology, telecommunications as well as pharmaceutical industries.
He also has experience working on transactional matters involving intellectual property rights, information technology, and outsourcing.
His recent patent litigation experience includes matters in the Southern District of New York, District of Delaware, Eastern District of Texas, the Northern District of Illinois and the Western District of Washington.
Mr. Miniovich holds a joint bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer systems engineering and spent many years developing software prior to attending law school. Throughout his previous career as a software developer and architect, Mr. Miniovich had implemented several large enterprise applications for major financial and media firms.
