Leopoldo Guerra is an Associate in Fragomen’s New York office, where he focuses on individual, complex and corporate immigration matters. Leo practices in the fields of corporate and family immigration law, and represents both small- and mid-sized companies throughout a variety of industries, including business, finance, marketing and advertising, film and television, technology and education. He also assists clients with immigrant investor visas (e.g., EB-5, E-1 and E-2).
During law school, Leo served as the Visual Scholarship Editor of the New York Law School Law Review and was a member of the moot court team.
In addition, he interned at the New York City Law Department and for the Hon. James C. Francis at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Leo worked with the Safe Passage Project, where he assisted pro bono in the preparation of asylum briefs and drafting Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) status applications on behalf of children.
Leo speaks English and Spanish.
