Lewis Osterman is an associate in Burg Simpson’s Mass Tort Litigation Department. Mr. Osterman focuses his practice primarily on defective drug and device litigation. A Denver native, Mr. Osterman joined Burg Simpson in September 2017 after graduating with honors from Boston University School of Law.
While in school, Mr. Osterman served as the Special Projects Editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine and participated extensively in moot court, winning Best Brief Award in the BU Law Homer Albers Prize Moot Court Competition and competing in the Seigenthaler-Sutherland Cup National First Amendment Moot Court Competition.
Mr. Osterman also assisted pro se claimants with gathering medical evidence and asserting claims in the New England Compounding Center bankruptcy proceedings.
