Lexie Rueckle Reynolds’ practices focuses on complex commercial litigation, internal corporate investigations and regulatory enforcement matters, including matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice and state law enforcement agencies.
Ms. Reynolds represents public and private companies, as well as officers and directors of those institutions, in the financial services and technology industries. Ms. Reynolds’ representation has included securities matters involving accounting, internal controls, breach of fiduciary duty and securities fraud. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including written discovery, coordinated electronic discovery, depositions, trial and appeals.
Ms. Reynolds maintains an active pro bono practice, and through this work has represented individuals in immigration hearings and civil rights litigation at the administrative and federal levels, including at trial. She is additionally devoted to the firm’s volunteer services, volunteering in the firm’s Legal Apprenticeship Program to teach middle school students public speaking and trial skills.
While in law school, Ms. Reynolds was a summer associate in WilmerHale’s Boston office. Additionally, she worked as a student attorney in Harvard Law School’s Criminal Justice Institute, where she represented indigent defendants in the juvenile and district courts and served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Stephen M. Limon of the Boston Juvenile Court.
Her experience also includes a legal internship in the Youth Advocacy Division of Boston’s Center for Public Counsel Services, and in the Massachusetts Governor’s Office of the Child Advocate.
