Lily M. Harris’s practice centers on trust and estate administration as well as taxation and wealth planning. She also represents clients in estate-related litigation matters, including but not limited to contested probate, trust and conservatorship cases.
Prior to joining Fox, Lily was an estate planning attorney with Myers Urbatsch, P.C. She also worked as a white-collar criminal defense attorney, representing clients charged with complex fraud, embezzlement and corruption cases in federal court.
During law school, Lily was the senior technology editor of the Hastings Law Journal, as well as an editor for its blog, “On the Record.” She was a judicial extern for both the Office of the Circuit Executive for the Judicial Council of the Ninth Circuit and for District Chief Judge Jennifer Gee of the Office of Administrative Law Judges in the U.S. Department of Labor.
She was also an award-winning member of the UC Hastings Trial Team. Lily serves as an alumni coach to the UC Hastings Trial Team.
