Lily North

Lily North is an associate in the litigation group who focuses her practice on complex commercial and business litigation and consumer fraud class actions. Her litigation experience spans all stages of litigation in diverse forums.

Since joining Dechert in 2008, Ms. North has represented companies in a variety of industries, including skilled nursing facilities, private equity, life insurance and technology.

She regularly provides strategic advice to companies regarding litigation strategy and effective case management. In addition to serving as primary litigation counsel, Ms. North manages nationwide litigation strategy, coordinating local counsel in several states.

Ms. North has extensive experience in complex and creative motion practice, securing several key wins at the motion to dismiss and motion for summary judgment stage. She also routinely manages complex discovery. Since joining Dechert, Ms. North has participated in multiple trials, appeals, and maintains an active pro bono practice.
