Linda A Iannelli

A southern California native, Linda A. Iannelli established her law practice in 1993 in Newport Beach, serving the coastal communities as a sole-practitioner in general practice.  Eighteen years later, her philosophy is now as it has always been, to provide the best possible personal representation for her clients.

Ms. Iannelli is very familiar with the Orange County Courts.  In fact, you can usually find her in one of the five courthouses nearly every weekday afternoon engaged in a traffic trial.

Ms. Iannelli’s current project is trying to establish a statewide traffic defense bar association.  The goal is to allow traffic defense counsel across the state to put forth a united front with the Courts; share resources, educate traffic attorneys on recent developments in the law; fight injustice with a common front; network with other traffic defense attorneys;  challenge bad legislation to protect the California driver; propose legislation for the protection of the driving public; and uphold the Constitution of the Golden State.

Prior to changing her focus to traffic, Ms. Iannelli was deeply rooted in Orange County’s business environment.  Ms. Iannelli has assisted hundreds of new start up companies with their organizational and varied business needs; including, but not limited to, contract negotiation through drafting,  interpretation and litigation, business counseling and business formation, such as partnerships, corporations and LLC’s.

Ms. Iannelli maintains a close network of associates in which to refer clients for specific needs, unrelated to business, such as trusts and estates, criminal law, torts, personal injury, elder law planning, family law, trademarks, and many more.

When she is not working as an advocate or volunteering with one of her projects, Ms. Iannelli prefers to use her skills to resolve disputes through mediation. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to bring closure to a dispute with effective communication that leads to compromise.
