Linda A. Chung is counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s San Francisco office. She has a transactional real estate practice, with a particular emphasis on commercial leasing. Ms. Chung has substantial experience handling a variety of real estate, financing and other transactional matters representing tenants and landlords of retail, office and industrial leases, developers, lenders and borrowers and sellers and purchasers of vacant land, industrial sites, office buildings and other facilities.
Ms. Chung routinely drafts and negotiates documents and advises clients regarding all aspects of commercial leasing. Clients have included national restaurant chains, owners and tenants of shopping centers, office buildings and industrial properties and banks. Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, LLP, Ms. Chung practiced with other leading San Francisco Bay Area law firms including Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, Miller Starr Regalia and Baker McKenzie’s San Francisco office.
