She founded her law firm named the Callahan Law, P.S., Inc in 2000. She is currently the President and Principal Attorney of Callahan Law, P.S., Inc, having offices in Seattle, Tacoma, and Shelton.

Attorney Callahan is a member of professional associations such as the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Washington Alliance of DUI Trial Lawyers, National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, DUI Defense Lawyers Association.

Linda Medeiros Callahan is the author for the famous Washington Practice Series published by Thomson-Reuters. She has also written for many other legal publications. She is also a national speaker contacted by media for comment.

She won the prestigious Harry S. Truman Scholar Award for the State of Hawaii in the year 1990. Super Lawyers named her the Rising Star in 2006. American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys listed her in the Top 10 Best Female Attorneys list in 2016.
