Lindsay C. Cornacchia is a litigation associate whose practice focuses on white collar investigations and general commercial litigation. Ms. Cornacchia joined Debevoise in 2012. Ms. Cornacchia received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2012 where she served as the executive editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary in 2006.
Ms. Cornacchia is the co-author of “Navigating The Conflicts Between U.S. Discovery Obligations And Foreign Data Protection Laws,” American Bar Association’s Sound Advice Podcast (October, 2014).
